Background

After graduating from college in Northern England with an Honors Degree, I moved south so that I could experience what is really considered the cutting edge; working in London's Marketing & Design studios. At the same time, I have always been interested in Homes and Property Development, and have renovated numerous properties whilst living in England.
Several years ago I met and married, my Property Developer husband, expanding my knowledge to include local aspects of developing land within Whatcom County. Now I have 2 lovely step-children that have "adopted" me. Our interests include boating, snowboarding and, whenever possible, traveling to interesting places - 35 in total so far. Wherever I travel, I am looking at properties and the local market for trends, designs and concepts to bring home.
With 25 years experience as a Graphic Designer, my design and marketing skills are being put to the best use in helping stage and organize homes to sell in this competitive property market.

Experience

I have developed investment and personal properties in the UK as well as here in Bellingham. Over the last 5 years, my husband and I have developed a privately gated, lake view, 8 lot sub-division which includes our own super energy efficient ICF (insulated concrete form) constructed, geothermal heated home.
Development of this neighborhood has increased my knowledge for what is involved with new construction, as well as developing investment property.
